I’ve never seen (or I suppose I may overlook) a “best before” date on honey. What determines the date?
It’s a food so must have a “best before” in the UK to be legal – determining the time is a bit finger in the air, as honey is self preserving (assuming you have a low water content like mine – 16-17%). Advice have had is 2-5 years, from people who know about this kind of thing.
